| Several riders from Currie, including the 2009 Ensign, took part in
the Penicuik Rideout on 30 May, and a reception committee laid on
refreshments. These exchanges of neighbourly courtesy are a special feature
of Rides throughout southern Scotland. The Currie Ride had been welcomed at
Glencorse by the Penicuik flag at the beginning of May. |
